Everyone has the ability to grow, learn and develop at work and at home. We have ideas, aspirations and goals, but it can be difficult to work out how to make them a reality by ourselves. We're all on our own journey and what works for someone else may not be helpful for you.
Sometimes we benefit from a helping hand or a different perspective. Research shows that 96% of mentees find mentoring useful and 89% report improvements in their quality of life.
A mentor is a trusted advisor who helps people grow and develop in their career.
I work with people who want to develop their learning and development skills, transition to a new role, experiment with different ways of working, or explore their options within the big and exciting world of learning and development.
Here are some things you may be thinking about:

As a mentor, I listen, ask prompting questions, help you reflect on your practice, share my experience and support you to plan and work towards achieving your career goals. We'll meet regularly to check on progress, plan next steps and celebrate your achievements.
I'll be your biggest career cheerleader!

A 15 minute discovery call to see if we are a good fit to work together

I found myself at yet another crossroads. Middle-aged, teenage kids, tons of qualifications and experience ... the comfortable option would have been to roll over and accept my lot in life. And yet, unfulfilled ambition nagged.
I had to do something different, so I joined the AITD and went looking for someone whose experience could inform mine. I found Angela, whose profile offered to assist those exploring pathways in L&D. Educated, experienced, informed and full of stories, Angela has given me confidence to keep to the hard path and stick out the journey.
Cheers, mate. One of the warmest experiences of my professional life.
