Your change learning programme includes:

  • A discovery workshop to clarify the project scope

  • 3 x engagement workshops to identify target behaviours and learning needs

  • A learning plan with customised learning pathways for up to three cohorts

 

Additional services

  • Further engagement workshops with key stakeholders and team members

  • Gap analysis or stocktake of learning experiences you already use to see whether they are fit for purpose to the change programme

  • Learning pathways for additional cohorts
